Recipe for Quick Sauerkraut


In a pan with a tight-fitting lid, combine 1 head of cabbage sliced thin with 1 onion sliced thin and 1 1/4 C Apple Cider Vinegar, 1/3 C apple cider, 1 T crushed, toasted caraway seeds, and 2 T Kosher salt and mix well.  

Bring to a simmer on your stove top for about 20 minutes or until desired tenderness.
